I love roasted pumpkin seeds! I bought a pumpkin, and this is probably the first year we didn't carve a jack-o-lantern. The boys aren't even here tonight. One is 3 hours away at a band festival, the other at our church's Trunk-or-Treat. Tomorrow, I'll roast the seeds.
