Mugshots

First, I bring you "Mugshots of Famous Scientists."

"Notice the resemblance," says my husband.

Side view for easy apprehension of rogue scientist.
The Albert Einstein you see here is a stress-reducing squeezy thing.  My husband calls it "the rubber effigy of Albert Einstein."

Next, we have "Mugshots of Old Man Winter."

Crime: assaulting us with an ice storm
Time and Date of Crime:  Yesterday.  All Day.

Does the azalea deserve this treatment?
Kwanzan cherry tree.  Hang on, little buds, spring is coming!
Hey, somebody has been eating my Kwanzan cherry!

Brave bulbs push through the frozen soil.

Crocuses, wishing they had waited before showing off their spring dresses.
Today it was "only" windy with flurries.

Go away, Old Man Winter!  We don't want you 'round here no more!

:-) Definite resemblance.

While I also want winter to GO AWAY, I have to admit I think ice storms are so beautiful --nice pictures.

I won't tell you how lovely the weather here is right now. But you are welcome to come visit.

Tell the husband he needs to frizz out his hair more if he really wants the resemblance. Also needs to go more grey.

I see it!
Hey, at least you can see some ground over there. We're still under a good 6 inches of snow!

Oh, those crocuses look so hopeful. Well, before they killed by all that ice.

I hate winter.
